Means of trasnsportation for horses, both a small trailer for 1 or 2 horses, or a large van need a confortable, not draining, stable, antislippery bottom which at the same time has to be easy to be kept clean and durable.

Ecoplus, based even on Customer’s experiences and advices, has projected and manufactures rubber tiles exspressely dedicated to this use even keeping in consideration the restrictions connected to the admittable weight on these means of transportation.

In order to assure a confortable and safe trip to the horses a special attention has been paid to the density, durability, resistence and specific weight of tiles.

Ecohorse tiles are even used for protection of vertical walls and ramps.

Tiles are manufactured in following dimensions:

We propose two options referred to to the weight

a) kg./square meter 11

b) kg/square meter 22

Tiles, easy to be placed, can be either just laiddown, or fixed with lateral profiles, or glued with standard glues avilable on the market. Tiles can be shaped on site in order to match with real dimensions to be covered. A special attention has been paid to the specific weight of the tile in order to respect the restrictions connected to the maximum admittable weight but always keeping in mind the right high density of product.

How do I choose tiles for protecting the bottom of my Trailer:

1 tile mt. 1 x 4 is used to cover the bottom of trailer for the total width and up to a length of 2 meters.
1 tile mt. 1,25 x 4 is used to cover the bottom of trailer for the total width and up to a length of 2,45 meters.
1 tile mt. 1,5 x 3 is used to cover the bottom of trailer for the total width of 1,5 meters up to a length of 3 meters without junctions.

How do I choose tiles for protecting the bottom of my Van:

2 tiles mt. 1 x 4 each are used to cover the bottom of the van for a width up to 2 meters and a length of 4 meters.
2 tiles mt. 1 x 4 each and 2 tiles mt 1,25 x 4 each are used to cover the bottom of the van for a width up to 2,25 meters and a total length of 8 meters.
4 tiles mt. 1,25 x 4 each are used to cover the bottom of the van for a width up to 2,45 meters and a total length of 8 meters.

Colour

Standard colour black with the option of tiles pigmented red, or grey.
